Annual General Meeting
Purpose of the meeting:
To present the financial statement of the Alberta Aviation Museum Association.
To elect the 2019/2020 Board of Directors AND Executive Committee Members for the Alberta Aviation Museum Association.
Amendments to Bylaws
To present the current situation of the Alberta Aviation Museum with regard to long term operations.
Other business as required.
To attend the Alberta Aviation Museum Association Annual General Meeting:
Anyone can attend BUT you must be a member (as below) of the Alberta Aviation Museum Association to vote.
To Vote at the AAMA Annual General Meeting:
You are required to have a membership/renew your membership 60 days prior (February 27th) to the Annual General Meeting.
To stand for the Board of Directors:
You must be a member of the Alberta Aviation Museum Association in good standing (60 days prior)
You must be nominated by March 29th (30) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
You may submit your name for nomination by contacting:
– Chair of Nominations Committee, Brent Abbott at email@example.com or 587-938-3009. OR
– The Executive Director at firstname.lastname@example.org or 780-451-1175 x 102 OR
– You may also be nominated by another with your written permission.
